Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, e-mailed or post-marked.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Until September 14, 2010: full refund less bank charges.
After September 15, 2010: cancellation charge of US$50
After October 15, 2010: no refund on cancellations Payment
Payment of registration fees should be made in US$ by one of the following methods:
